hey guys
As you may have noticed, I'm not really using this anymore. I've moved to here: http://cremetangerinedesigns.blogspot.com/Because I've started a clothing and accessories company. My store is here: http://www.cremetangerine.etsy.comSo that is where to find me! And I am not struggling with ED lately, as a matter of fact I gained 10 lbs in a month due to prozac . . . and am successfully tracking calories to a NORMAL AND HEALTHY amount. And switched to Zoloft. Since a lot of my clothes don't fit anymore, I am allowing myself to make and buy many more nice new ones. I will not fight with my clothes every morning, that is such a trigger. Even with 10 more lbs I'm still pretty hot. And Christopher and I have decided to be common-law married. All we have to do is start saying that we're husband and wife, and do our taxes together when it's time. I'm happier than I've been in a long time. | | Tuesday, August 14th, 2007 | | 8:35 pm |

if anyone in recovery is available on aim please send me a message if you see this soon-ish: copaceticerin i can't get ahold of any of the girls from treatment. that sentence was followed by a really mean, sarcastic sentence but i deleted it. | | Thursday, November 9th, 2006 | | 10:54 am |
our little dog, mark, was killed by three rottweilers this morning. in our backyard, after we asked the neighbors a hundred times to fix the fence. i had to drive my dad and brother and mark and i to the vet so i saw everything and it was awful. they broke his back and he had brain damage and all his organs were displaced. we had to put him to sleep, of course. i know he's just a dog, but it's such a senseless thing. i wish that people wouldn't have big dogs if they couldn't be responsible enough to control them. | | Tuesday, July 4th, 2006 | | 5:58 pm |

I forgot to mention yesterday that I had a tall nonfat latte. So +70 cals to yesterday. There's a spot on my lower abdomen that REALLY hurts so I hope I don't have some sort of intestinal blockage thing going on. It's like, in the area I always thought my left ovary was. But my period's not coming so it can't be cramps. | | Monday, April 10th, 2006 | | 10:31 pm |

I just threw out all the clothes that don't fit me anymore. Thank God I've been shopping every weekend for the past few months or I'd have absolutely nothing left. Shopping has been strange, though. I'm in the habit of picking up things that flatter an hourglass figure- full, knee-length skirts, dresses that bring attention to the bustline, etc. Those things look kind of silly on me now. I guess it's pencil skirts from here on out. I don't know why more people at my work don't take advantage of getting to dress like a secretary from the 70s. It's practically the only reason I have a job. Except that whole insurance thing. I mean, we're allowed to wear jeans, but we're also allowed to wear whatever we want. It occurred to me, throwing my clothes away, that they look more like costumes than clothes. I kind of like that. I couldn't decide whether to take them to the thrift store or a high school drama department. Anyway, I bought a shirt at Hot Topic (I KNOW, I'm 22, not 14, I can't help myself), and I was trying it on with different skirts tonight and a button popped right off. No big deal, I went to fix it, and it's not just popped off, the shaft of the button has a big crack in it so it won't hold thread. Hot Topic, you suck. Please to replace my shirt. I'll be taking that back. | | 3:43 pm |
Sunday
Okay. Pills worked. Today's intake: la tortilla factory tortilla: 50 1 egg white: 16 spinach: 7 mushrooms: 4 reduced fat feta cheese: 60 amy's fire roasted vegetable soup: 280 (I only ate about 1/3 of the soup, I just kind of lost interest) Total: 428 If I get hungry later I'll have an apple. | | 12:12 pm |
This is a little ridiculous. Yesterday I was supposed to go out shopping with some girls from my training class. So I woke up and got my haircut (I hated it at first but now I don't mind it), and then came home because they were supposed to call at noon. At 2:00 I decided no one was calling and went shopping by myself. I got some of those superskinny all the way to the ankle jeans. But anyway, I was really really upset that my friends didn't call me. I came home and binged. A for real binge, not a more than I'd planned, a more than a person should eat in a day binge. That fucking hurts. Aaron went to the store for me, I took the recommended dose of laxatives, it's not helping, I'm kind of freaking out, and I am NOT fucking eating until the food from yesterday is out of me. I think that's pretty fucking fair. We were supposed to go to lunch and tea with the same girls from my class but they haven't called about that either, so I guess they don't really like me or want to be around me after all. Fuck that noise. I swear my fingers are retaining water or something, they don't even look like mine. I've slept for about 20 hours and I just want to go back to sleep. | | Friday, April 7th, 2006 | | 6:06 pm |

Apparently my new "trick" is drinking like, 2.5 liters of water a night. At one time. Just standing at the sink filling glass after glass. Water is good for you and all, but drinking that much at once is a little uncomfortable. Other than perhaps being dehydrated, I don't really know why I want to do this. I just know I want to. It's weird. Also, looking over my intake so far this week, I'm noticing I'll sometimes have soy products 3 times a day. Is it possible that's bad for you? | | 6:52 pm |

Wow, do I know how to screw up a good thing. I just filled a paper cup with a mixture of everything in the cabinets . . . cereal, pretzels, goldfish crackers, yogurt-covered raisins . . . that's just stupid. Today was such a good day, but I notice that every time the scale goes down I eat something unplanned. At least I kept it to what would fit in the cup. Then I kind of jumped up and down for a long time in an attempt to burn more calories (also took another green tea pill), totally forgetting that my knees have been aching like a mofo all day. Yay me! Pain and guilt and tomorrow, exhaustion, because diet pills at 9 pm never did anyone any good. | | 6:57 pm |
